Cancellations and Policies

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, phone call will be processed without a penalty.


Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of up to %75 of the service rate, at our discretion*. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.


*Monstera Cleaning will view all cancellations individually and use reasonable discretion in each situation to assess whether or not a penalty is required. 


Work scheduled by the client on weekends and holidays is subject to a premium price rate.


Payments

Payment for cleaning is due in full upon receiving invoice for services provided – unless you are an established client and other arrangements have been made. A late  fee of $50  will be applied to  outstanding balances exceeding 30 days. 


Work Completion

Once cleaning work is complete, client must walk through to make sure it is completed. If no one is available to walk through it when completed than work is considered completed.


Right to Refuse to Provide Service

We have the right to refuse taking on any service/job due to factors which may pose serious health risk.


Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated.
